Holistic and Gentle Support for Famililes

At Claire Megan Sleep Co, our approach to sleep is rooted in the science of sleep biology and a thorough understanding of typical infant and child behavior. We aim to optimize sleep without resorting to traditional "sleep training." By taking a gentle, holistic approach and considering all factors influencing sleep such as nutrition, nap timings, sleep cues, environment, and temperament we can provide compassionate, evidence-based support to help your child achieve better sleep.

Every baby and family situation is unique and no two approaches will be the same. After an initial chat and filling out a 2-day sleep diary, I’ll provide a tailored plan that will be specific to your baby and circumstances, with every step explained and information on how to implement the changes. Please take a look at our plan options to see what will best suit your family.

About Me

I’m a mum of three little sleep thieves, based in the Yarra Ranges in Melbourne’s outer east.

For the past six years, I’ve been a stay-at-home mum. My parenting journey began in 2018 when my daughter arrived via emergency cesarean, unsettled and refusing to sleep for the first 14 months. I felt lost and overwhelmed, trying every “one size fits all” sleep schedule without success. Sleep deprivation took a toll on me, leading to struggles with postpartum depression and anxiety.

When my second wild child was born in 2020, everything changed. His unique rhythm guided me, allowing me to follow his natural routine. While it wasn’t perfect, the experience was much more manageable and felt instinctive.

As I listened to friends and family grapple with their own sleep challenges, my curiosity about baby sleep deepened. I immersed myself in responsive, gentle approaches, steering clear of sleep training methods like “cry it out” that never aligned with my values. Eventually, I discovered holistic sleep coaching and knew I’d found my calling.

It’s a privilege to help families navigate the struggles I once faced, making their parenting journey more compassionate and empathetic. Raising my third child with this knowledge has been transformative—I only wish I’d had it from the beginning!
